no john not exactly, i was more towards 1 tier and not 2nd one... some thing that has to do with account ref. but money to be paid only once in soem limited span of time
As mentioned above, use Google adsense referrals. I personally use the download ones such as firefox, so all a user has to do is download software and I get money - and if they don't like it they don't even have to keep it. You'd be surprised how much you get from it. Hope I've helped
I've heard they pay about 1$ per every unqiue user who downloads and installs mozilla firefox on his computer. I can't quite remember if it's .5$ or 1$
