Best referral and second level referral site?

    Don't quite understand what you are asking. Are you on about what you earn from referrals that you send to an affiliate program like 2 tier programs. If that's the case then a program that pays you 5% can still earn you more than a program that pays 10% of your referrals earnings. It also depends on how easy it is for your referrals to directly earn money from the programs.
