Best reciprocal link exchange?

    Does anyone know of any good reciprocal link exchanges which show the pr of the site link page or at least the pr of the home page?

    I used to use simplylinking.com but all the sites seem to have a pr of 0 including mine which is actually a 4.

    I also use link2me.com , it show pr, free member is ok, you should try it

    Target websites that are on the top results in Google, MSN or Yahoo.
