Best Reciprocal directories

There lots of free directories list, but personally I don't get it.
Is it so difficult for people to provide a backlink for a better quality?

So I thought it might be a great idea to create a good list of high PR reciprocal directories.

Please add any reciprocal directory you know, that has a high PR - I think PR5 directories and up is ok

It is usually much more simple to get into a recprocal directory, than into a non-reciprocal one when we are talking about a high PR

There is about 20 in my list (6 or so with PR5+), you can set it to display only directories that require a reciprocal.
The problem with reciprocal directories (other than the extra effort) it that your site might get penalized for linking to bad neighbourhoods if the directorie is of low quality.

If you are going to create such a list, then it really has to mark SEO friendly directories.

If you are providing a list of reciprocal directories with high PR that don't pass any of that PR because they aren't SEO friendly, then you are misinforming people.
