    I would say, starcraft II is the best then warcraft III. Blizzard games usually are awesome...

    I liked the old Dune games they were great as I'm a fan of the books/movie. Starcraft is good too.

    The best advice I can give is to learn from your mistakes. You have to accept the fact that nobody's perfect, even how hard you push yourself to win right away on that specific game, at the end the best teacher is still your own experience.

    As for me, all strategy based type of game are the same and I consider them the best among all categories. If you have played one then you won't have a hard time figuring out how to play another strategy type of game. This applies for Red Alert, Star Craft, War Craft and so on...

    Age of Empires II and State of War:Warmongers are the best RTS games in my opinion.

    Mainly because these two games do not focus on rushing.. unlike the Starcraft series.

    RTS games were made to simulate and enjoy being a commander of battles.

    What the hell is the point of rushing? All you're trying to do is score a win and end it as quickly as possible.
    How is that fun?

    It's like you're bringing a gun into a swordfight. Where is the honor?
