I work in real estate. You should look into the rules for the area you are trying to market in. How are you proposing to make money from the site? In most states you are not allowed to make money from selling real estate leads or receiving referral fees for the inquiries. You can sell the space in which they advertise on your site and the length of time they advertise on your site, but you can't make the money from the referral or lead itself unless you are a licensed agent. Just a suggestion. Like I said, I don't know what the rules/laws are in the area you are trying to market.
