PlugRush will cause google penalties on your URL. So you will lose money and traffic in the long run.
I dont know the specifics but I have seen numerous stories and comments about it. I also used them on a site (a while back) and within 2 months all traffic from google dropped to almost none. Thats the only thing bad I can say though, if that wasn't the case it would be great.
I am no expert on this and had no experience on this but you may try Avatraffic and Eroadvertising. I just did a little research on adult online ad. Hope it helps.
You can also use AdsOptimal for gathering more traffic. Its better to hire a Freelancer for gathering traffic. They knew very well.
