Best Publishers Ads

    Hi guy please anybody give me any suggestion?
    My question is:
    what is the best Publishers Ads for us, who paid best pay per click and best support ?
    Answer options: clicksor, adbrite or bidvertiser.

    'With out Google ads' . Please tell details.
