Best Proxy Hosting?

Hey guys, my shared host is getting pissed of with me, i have a cgi proxy, so it's quite the resource hore (jmarshel cgi proxy).

Anyway im looking for proxy hosting for less then $60 a month, that allows 50 domains, 400gb bandwith, atleast 512 ram.. Can anybody recomend me anything?

Also what is the best cgi proxy script in relation to not killing your server.
