I assume you mean streaming movies? If so use clickbank, theres programs for video capture/download on there where you get a good commission (75% of sale). Promote these next to your links to watch just by making the link like 'download' or something, your results will be good.
You mean 5000 unique visitors or just page views? according t alexa it does not look "www.tvscreenonline.com" have this many visitors/pageviews.
