Depends on your niche ! Never promote something you don't don't know anything about .. If your a blogger - choose a product related to your niche you are blogging about.
If you have no niche or site - I would promote Child or Health products

 

I agree, go with what you know, but I have stumbled across a great one that I have no clue about...haha. And its my best one yet....
