    Hello Guys

I was wondering what pre workout supplement you guys use that really work.
Currently i use superpump 250 and really gave me the energy i wanted in the beginning but after using it for 3 weeks i find the effect dropping .

So what do you guys use that really keeps working until the end?

Just protein/whey really. You'll build up a tolerance to anything that gives you energy... just get used to working out without them.

Try redline if you want, mostly if you havent had it before, you'll have a crazy good workout and you'll be pumped as shit.

Whey protein is best used after your workout. A good creatine mix cycled on and off works wonders in the gym. I personally use Xpand

Creatine and a light carbohydrate meal is a good pre workout meal.

Well, for energy levels to highten before a good workout session, something containing caffiene seems to be recommended on some muscle building websites. This helps with the intensity levels for lifting heavy weights over a number of reps. However....this increases the risk of dehydration, so plenty of liquid is to be drunk throught the exercise period....

    Try BSN's No-Xplode.

    100% better than Superpump.

    Hi,

Muscle building supplements are created with a mix of vitamins and minerals that are needed by the body to tone and enlarge the muscles. Minerals included are calcium to strengthen the bones so that it can support the weight of extra muscles and protein which is the mineral responsible for the enlargement of muscles.

i prefer adaptagen herbs before workouts such as ashwhangda, schizandra, jiaogulan and so on for energy without being stimulants, plus they have loads of benefits from improved endocrine health, immune system, blood pressure and so on.

then for after the workout whey protein or a fast digesting protein, i use the super meal rx thats in my sig, as its like 20 + supplements in 1(multi-vit/mineral, efas, antixoidents, herbs, digestive enzymes, probiotics, prebiotics and so on) and im allergic to whey, egg and most other protein sources so its perfect.

Another rule to remember when building muscle m*** is to eat well. In order to eat properly you must remember a few important things. You need to eat a few smaller meals a day, focus on protein and carbs, and try and limit your fat intake.
