Best practise to move a Wordpress blog to another server?

    Hi,

    What is the best practise to move a Wordpress blog to another server? I'm moving the wordpress blog (with articles) from a linux box (mySQL) to a windows box.

    The windows box has IIS and mySQL installed and I have root access.
