    1. Use a third party mail sender like mandrill or mailgun - but there are lots of companies out there
    2. Use webhooks to know who is opening what on the email
    3. Be clear about what constitutes a success - affiliate click through, sale, return to your site and design your email, write your content with that in mind.
    4. know your audience, will they prefer daily emails - can you generate enough interesting content that often, or weekly or monthly?

    1. Build a Targeted Email List: Focus on building an email list of subscribers who have opted in to receive your emails. Segment your list based on demographics, interests, or behavior to send targeted and personalized content.

    2. Use a Clear and Compelling Subject Line: Craft engaging subject lines that entice recipients to open your emails. Keep them concise, relevant, and personalized to increase open rates.

    3. Create Engaging Content: Provide valuable and relevant content in your emails that resonates with your audience. Use a mix of text, images, videos, and interactive elements to keep readers engaged.

    4. Optimize for Mobile Devices: Ensure that your emails are mobile-responsive and display correctly on various devices. A significant portion of email opens occurs on mobile devices, so it's essential to provide a seamless user experience.

    5. Personalize Your Emails: Use recipient's names, personalized recommendations, or dynamic content to create a more personalized experience for subscribers. Personalization can increase engagement and conversion rates.

    6. Include Clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs): Clearly define the action you want recipients to take in your emails, whether it's visiting a website, making a purchase, or signing up for an event. Use prominent CTAs that stand out and compel users to click.

    7. Test and Iterate: A/B test different elements of your emails, such as subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times, to optimize performance. Use data and analytics to track key metrics and make informed decisions for future campaigns.

    8. Monitor Deliverability and Compliance: Ensure that your emails comply with anti-spam laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Monitor email deliverability rates and address any issues that may affect the delivery of your emails.

    9. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates to evaluate the success of your email campaigns. Use this data to refine your strategies and improve future campaigns.

Personalizing your emails with the recipient’s name and interests can make a big difference in engagement. Focus on crafting compelling subject lines that are short but intriguing, as they’ll directly impact open rates. Make sure your email content is concise and provides clear value, whether it’s exclusive offers, helpful tips, or news. To avoid the spam folder, stay away from overly promotional language, limit the use of all-caps or excessive exclamation points, and ensure your emails are sent from a reputable domain. Tracking the success of your campaigns can be done through tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, which offer insights into open rates, click-through rates, and more.

You should start with a valid, warmed-up email address. If your domain is new, gradually increase your sending volume to build trust with ISPs and avoid spam filters.

Your content should feel personal - use merge tags to add recipients’ names and tailor subject lines. Humor works wonders when it’s on-brand, like a quirky subject line.

To keep your audience hooked, focus on value. Are you solving a problem, sharing exclusive insights, or offering a deal? For example, an online boutique could send: “5 Fall Styles to Rock for Under $50”. Always include a clear CTA, like “Shop Now” or “Read More.”

Track success with Mailchimp or HubSpot, monitoring metrics like open rates and clicks. If a campaign underperforms, test new subject lines or send times.

Avoid spam triggers: skip ALL CAPS and excessive punctuation!!!

Also, I usually find inspiration here.
