    Hi guys,

I know that there are a lot of experienced webmasters visiting the forum and I would like to bring to your attention one issue and discuss it with you.

My company is planning to create best practice websites for Armenia. And the 3 main aspects we are going to stick to are:
    • Restaurants
    • Hotels
    • Real Estate Agencies

Could anyone who had a chance to make sites for this aspect of companies tell me what are the best and most needed things to have on such kind of business sites. Just to give an example I will list a couple of things I find important

    RESTAURANTS
    • A main introduction to the restaurant
    • Menu list with prices, photos and ingredients of the foods provided.
    • Photo Gallery
    • A reservation page
    • Contact page with a map of the location

    HOTELS
    • A main introduction to the hotel
    • Services that it offers
    • Information about bar, spa, restaurant, disco or other things of the hotel
    • Service price list
    • Photo Gallery
    • Online reservation
    • Contact information with map of the location

    REAL ESTATE AGENCIES
    • A main introductions
    • List of services that the company provides
    • List of houses for rent and sale, with images, maybe even 360 degree view, with the option for their administration to post announcements and have brokers who can have their own access.
    • With a search through the main options of sales and rentals
    • Districts that this agency covers
    • And contact information

What else could you add to each of them to make the website work better? What other things did you encounter your clients asking for or you have offered and they agreed or disagrees, why?

Please spend a bit of your time to discuss this issue and help me develop a system that later can be used by anyone of you.
