Can anybody tell me what are the best for bloggers? I am already using Lukads but I have no idea about the settings. Which one to choose from the list of Category can anybody tell me how can i set ad and which is better Category?
With category is meanth what content your website has, and ads are displayed on your website if they match your chosen category. We are going to change how things work. Currently we're designing a method where your pages with Lukads ads on it will be indexed, and keywords will be taken out. Advertisers will then be able to bid on keywords, instead of a category. This will allow us to show ads that complement your content better, and will thus generate you more revenue, and more relevant traffic for the advertiser as well.

Well I do not know of any other ad networks that have a 95% revenue share, or even let you set a minimum for ads to be shown on your website.
Some affiliate programs do not approve of pay per click advertising. Do you have any idea why they do not approve of pay per click advertising?
