Would appreciate if people could recommend some PPC sites that have worked for them in the past, specifically in the Health niches. (Excluding Adwords and Yahoo)

Im looking for any PPC sites can provide 200+ clicks per day.

Only sites that have worked to make sales, not just clicks.

So far I've heard of Clicksor...

    any more?

    Selling backlinks?????

    anyways,

I was thinking about trying out 7search because they offer cheap $0.05 traffic but not much volume.

I shall be keeping an eye on this as I'm about to launch a blog about a skin problem and would be interested in finding out which PPC sites to use for it. :)

    Ok.

    I tried 7search and here's the results.

    Initial Deposit of $25

Spent $5 and got 48 clicks & 9 hops in about 5 hours at an average of 0.11 cents per click.

The only problem is that you have to "self validate" your credit card. (knew I shoulda used paypal)

They make a small .50-2.50 charge to your card, then you gotta call your bank and get that exact number to validate your card. They also got some other policy that if you spend over $100 per week then you gotta fax them a valid ID photo and some kind of signed permission form to use your card for purchases. Basically a whole crapload of security crap just to start advertising with them. Really pissing me off cuz I was getting good traffic till they froze my account until validation is complete.

So 7search is a go so far. No sales yet due to not enough traffic but it seems kosher.

Ok, new results with 7 search, after zeroing in on best keyword.

Over a 12 hour period: 57 clicks / 25 hops and 1 sale from one keyword.

Spent $5 @ $0.09 per click and made $33 off the sale.

Not much but expected considering 7 search is mainly low end traffic. I started with a low CTR (4,000 impressions/57 clicks) because their text ads are slightly different but they dont penalize for a low CTR so its all good.

    7search is legit.
