i want to ask webmasters who already tried these services that accept paypal (Adtoll , Clicksor , Bidvertiser , Adengage ...) , to share their experiences with us !

is this question from a publishers point of view or advertisers?
I guess publishers.. Bidvertiser will fetch you the best ratio.
However, if you can get yourself in the 'premium network' at adtoll and adengage, you'll get higher cpc's.

ppc means (pay per click) you pay only for clicks , not only at Adtoll :D
