I have a modest website with modest traffic and I am looking for a ppc program sadly adsense where blocked for this page. What I mean in "special needs" is : I am looking for a trusted program, I do not want high rate I am full comfortable with medium rates, I want a rich media banner add I really do not want there to be any popups . I am concerned with my community and I do not want them to get bad experiences from my site I want just a banner add and one more thing I am not interested in directly selling my banner space.
