Best PPC program Except adsense?

I keep hearing how every PPC program sucks except adsense lolz, I really need to know which one is the best and actually pays you. i'm looking for banner ads and one easy to get into.

Adsense is the best actually. If you looking for banner ads, you can sell your banner space at DP's BST section.
Or you can choose bidvertiser

 

I tried bidvertiser but I don't see banner ads, am I doing something wrong?

bidvertiser is shit for i never see advertisers there, Where is DP BST ???

 

adsense is really the best. bidvertiser sucks when in terms of payment processing!
