For PPC I would recommend Black Label Ads.
They're from the same company as AdBrite (more info) and have stood the test of time and proved reliable. Payment by USD check only, with $5 minimum. Most clicks will get you 2 or 3 cents, depending on where the traffic is from. They also do a nice range of full pages ads and inlines.

 

What companies are just like BLA but pay more often than once every 2 months?
