    Adwords editor. There are other 3rd party tools but why would u use them?

    Depends on which PPC you are using. For Adwords, they have their own tool called Adwords Editor.

    Yes Adwords also offers a software to manage ads even offline it updates ads when you connect to internet again...

    Marinsoftware is one of the best PPC management tools if you want to keep track of various other ppc accounts other than adwords!

    If you only want to handle adwords account.. use Google adwords editor!

    this is the best PPC (Pay-Per-Click) adverts are adverts that appear at the top of search results or adverts that appear on shopping comparison sites.
