Best PPC for gambling site?

I have a site promoting roulette ebooks - does anyone know the best place to advertise? I know I can't advertise on google adwords - my ads have been taken down.

If anyone has any ideas I'd be most grateful!

Hmm... I have an AdToll account, and just tried to login, but the site seems to be down. Any ETA for when it will be back up? It's making my site load REALLY slow, so I must just take out the code, if it's going to be awhile.
