I want to get more salary surveys completed on SalaryMap.com. It's a short survey that gathers salary, benefits, and location information. I have a good idea of the value of each submission so I'd like to do pay per action campaigns. I know Adwords has something in beta but I am not in the beta. What are some good ppa programs for short surveys?
