You are probably going to struggle to get that much off 1000 raw impressions, Adversal claim they can deliver a $6CPM, but thats on 1000 uniques, so really is more like 5000 raw impressions. Personally i use Yes Advertising ( link in my sig), they pay an industry leading figure of $1.80 RAW CPM for US/UK and good rates on all other traffic, they also pay NET15, which is good You could also try running your own popups, taking users to CPA offers, if you target it properly you could easily achieve a eCPM of more than $3, but as always it depends oin your traffic and how suceptable they are to buy stuff.
