Hello, I was wondering what is the best popup program for displaying multiple popups per page. I used to use CPX for over a year except they suddenly deactivated my account for some reason. I've emailed them and I'm waiting for a reply. I'm temporarily using PayPerPopup although they are pop unders and only allow one per page visit. I've tried applying to ValueClickMedia although my application was declined for some reason. No surprise there since apparently it's extremely hard to get into. So I was wondering what other programs are out there?
