Best Pop Up Service for publishers?

    Hey guys!! Can anyone tell me a company that pays the best for Pop Up ads in our sites?

    I tried Paypopup and Adversal, but both are not that good..
    Please advice

    The first ad network listed here pays around $3 - $5 CPM on popunders. I used them in the past for popunders but just use them now for CPM banner ads instead which still pay very well and is infact a top tier network and very reputable. I have received a check every month without fail from this network.
