Best Pop-up advertsing?

I need a good pop-up/pop-under advertiser that gets past peoples pop-up blockers plus doesn't require traffic to signup since its a new site. Any one know of any?

Tribalfusion has some good quality popups but your site needs to be approved.

TribalFusion is one of the best paying CPM sites and you will never get into it anyway as they have requirements in place and one of them is a minimum amount of traffic requirement.

Have you tried this CPM ad site?

It seems to have less requirements than others and approves more sites than others.

 

popuptraffic.com is what i use... they don't approve you but its UV only there another popup traffic site paypopup.com which users none UV hits but pays alot less. never used TribalFusion before whats there normal popup payout?

 

I am using valueclickmedia which give me around $2.50 - $3.00 CPM for pop-under.

 

Is there any pop up under Advertiser who could give us $8-10 CPM?

 

do they require any minimum traffic?

 

Adversal and PayPopUp are also good for this.
