    What are the best ones for SEO and comments and etc....

    I just searched for that and found this: "This plugin is no longer supported or maintained."

    Also, when you write a post or anything, what info should you put in the All in One SEO area? Should the title be the same as your post title? What about the description and keywords.

    All in one seo, i dont add a title in it as my post will have the post title, but i use it for the keywords and description definately.

    Cforms, although ive not delved into it yet, its got lots of features to get all detailed if you want, but still fine for a simple contact form.

    Sociable, for bookmarking, its got many that you can display, nice and tidy too.

    may be you will like to use a sitemap generator.. i am not sure if this is available in the all in one Seo pack..
