Best plugin to backup whole wordpress database

Hi I need some recommendations on which plugin should I use to backup wordpress blogs. I dont want to manually backup each sql files in cpanel because I have hosted my sites on bunch of hosting companies.

Is there an easy way to do backup on multiple blogs from different hosting services??

Please let me know

 

you dont need a wordpress plug-in to backup a WP database. what you do is log in as the admin, go to the tools section, export, and download the file. it will be an xml file. this is a backup of all of the CONTENT and SETTTINGS. but it does not hold the template or plugins. those are separate files.

i also use wp-db-backup as Don said, it's very handy and can send the database backup automatically to your email for example.

 

there's a backup on WP tools you only choose what to back up you can back up it all.

 

I do manual backups but I also run the wp-dbmanager plug-in to backup my wordpress daily, don't forget to test the integrity of your backups periodically, nothing worse than thinking you are backing up just to have no way to recover/import your backup.
