Best platform/software to use for a site similar to ebay

Hi,

Does anyone know what the best platform/software I could use to build a website similar to shopmyclothes.com?

It's going to be a site where people can sell/buy upmarket clothes - not just the usual stuff on ebay etc. We are going to charge people a small upfront fee to sell. But what is the best platform I can use so lots of different users can create an account, add images/details of their products, get charged a small upfront fee for putting their item on website & be able to enter their bank details so they can they get paid when someone purchases their item...
