Hello, What is the best platform to create a website where users can pay to create their own 'listing' ?(listing being some kind of custom content). Eg, users pay a weekly fee to have their content view-able on the website. The listing must be able to be searched and filtered. A platform that has many plugins and is extendable is desired.
