    Great thread...but be careful to read the submission terms at these sites. For example, ThemesBase.com says, "7. We are authorized to add our own link to every theme you upload, without changing anything else from the theme source its self"

    --they'll just plop their link on the bottom, which sort of defeats some of the benefit of creating themes in the first place. Better to post them at wordpress.org/extend/themes
