Best places to give out free template?

    In the new year I plan to relaunch my webdesign site with new domain and look
    I am researching the market and competition at the moment

    As a way of marketing and more so a way of getting back links I plan to give out a couple of free templates

    can anyone recommend any where other than here to do this
    Where i am guaranteed a lot of people to downlaod them and will use them

    The more the merrier
