Best places to advertise your directory

    Where do you go to get webmasters attention to the fact that you are accepting submissions?

    What kind of marketing have you planned?

    In my case DP is a good way to advertise my directory. Advertising to the directory or to solicitation forums/thread is a good start. :)

    yes. posting on forums where link exchange requests are allowed is a good option.

    all webmaster related forums are always have a place for link exchange/marketplace.

    You may want to consider contacting the auto- and semi-auto submission companies to see if they will add your directory to their list. This could provide some nice residual submissions if you're able to get in. :)
