best places for ad on the site or blog

    Dear Saldreass,
    Think if you try to search something from a Search Engine, which place you'll click in the SERP (Search Engine Result Page)?
    I am sure to say I'll click the top-10 at the left side of the search result page.
    In my idea, the best place to place the ad is under your article title at the left side of content. Once you visitors open the page, they'll immediately see your ad.
    At this place, although your visitors don't interest in your content, they still interest in your ad, then click the ad to leave from you page (Just Kidding)

    I am also the Adsense newbie

    its cool. i think Blue and White combination is simply great. the ads are also looking like contents :)
    so nothing to suggest.

    One Banner ad on Top with your site Logo, it is Best Position Ad, and other one the Top of the sidebar and second ad in your Post. Try and Enjoy with revenue.
