Best Placement for Forums?

    Hi,

    I'm running a few forum, vB, IPB & PHPBB. I'm experimenting with adsense placements in these forums.

    Can you suggest what is the best placement for a forum.

    I've tried putting ads above the post, just below first post, after last post etc.

    But i'm not sure whcich is the best one. So please share your tips & experiences.

    This setup on the forum in my sig seems to work pretty well for me.

    I've tried that too. But not too good. What about your average CTR with this placement.

    Now i've just changed my placement. This will annoy the members for sure. SO i'll put this only for guests later.

    With that I have a CTR of about 1.4%, not great but it's okay for a forum which always have lower CTRs.
