Best place to submit web designs for free?

    dont know if its any help, but if you can port your templates to wordpress themes there is an abundance of Free WP theme sites to submit too.

    Perhaps if you havent/cant port to WP theme, we could work something out? 2 links on bottom of theme, 1 for you, 1 for me? I wouldnt mind doing maybe 1/2 dozen like that?

    I dont really know of any other places to post free templates though, only worked with WP themes on that front.
