    Hello,

I have a client who wants more people for her affiliate program. I know there are sites out there that are collections of affiliate programs where you sign up and have access to 100s of programs at once. I just wanted to get your opinion on the best ones out there that my client could submit her affiliate program to. Thanks!

I use Commission Junction and Linkshare, with a preference for CJ (better stats).

Isn't that what the Five Star People do too? Promote small affilliate programs?

    Everyone,
Thank you very much for the links! Those are exactly what I was looking for. If you know any more good spots feel free to add them. The list so far is excellent though. Thanks again!

    Ronny,
Traffic is excellent... she's ranked #1 for her primary keywords on every SE. I just need places that people who want to become affiliates go.

    Hi Bazkaz,

noppid is partially right, I do PR for affiliate programs and our team does affiliate management. Some clients are small but most of them are bigger brands like National Geographic, Snapfish, eFax and 21st Century.

Many small companies can't afford our rates, plus we are VERY selective about clients we take on, but I'm always happy to help with some free tips.

"Commission Junction and Linkshare" are not what you are looking for. It costs $5,000 - $10,000 to set up a program with them.

Some affiliate forums allow free or paid program announcements you just need to find the ones that do.

I think you are asking about affiliate dirctories. There are a BUNCH out there.
Very tedious job to submit to all and some are so over saturated and under staffed they either won’t take listings or there are so many competing sites you kind of get lost. 2 of the top ones are Refer-it and AssociatePrograms.

One REALLY good option I recently discovered is a submission to the Affiliate Programs Directory NETWORK. You get listed in all 5 of their very high traffic directories, which also includes Affiliate Programs Directory, Affiliate Programs Guide and a couple others. I have my 5 Star site listed there and get lots of good targeted traffic. One form and your program instantly gets listed on all 5 high traffic directories. Very good deal!
Here's the affiliate program merchant listing page with all the info. http://info.affiliateprograms.com/

Then also you can search Google to find top sites that sell similar products and do a short VERY personalized invite to join yours. I don't do ANY email recruiting because it's tricky and some affiliates consider it SPAM. I know companies that will do the email recruiting I could refer you to though.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

Yikes! I don't think my client was looking to spend that kind of money. Thank you very much for all the tips and the link. I'll definitely do a bit more homework, but you've helped considerably!

Bazkaz, Our Call centre can take care of that.
We have a hughe database of people wanting a home based business, we call these people and get them to signup for affiliate programs.

Send me an PM with this info:
What is the name of this program.
How many new afflicates do you need.
