Best place to shop for cars?

    Just wondering where can i get a used car/first car for cheap... Cant seem to find any cars that fits my taste or anything at my budget. Currently looking for a honda civic 2000-2008 maybe ill pay $4000 max. Thanks

    Local car place? Surely there most be one in your area, Id go to small ones and talk them down :)

    Some people are lazy or think its easier to just surf online like eBay for deals. I still would check out the car if you don't know the condition its in, local dealerships.

    for cars, I dont recommend online.
    Go to local dealers
    Look for private sellers in newspaper or ads
    Check police impound sales (sometimes they got great car for good deals)

    whatever you do, make sure to do background check, history check and go look at car in person.

    Agreed do not buy online. You need to see it and test drive it. Maybe even take it to a mechanic. Then use like carfax to do a history on it.
