Hello, I have a list of emails that were obtained on one of my sites since 2007. All my user's agreed to monthly newsletters and within our TOS we state that upon signing up that they acknowledge that we have the right to sell information received on sign up. Our list contains 355,000+ emails and at least 290,000+ of those are valid (user's must validate their emails before being able to view sites content). Does anyone know of a place where we could sell our list since we will be shutting our site down within the coming months? Thanks.
on the second though why somebody would would want to shutdown a site with 355K member base and sell email list instead of just selling the whole site? Completely legal uh?
