Best place to put description tag in blogger for seo

    I tried to put the description tag in blogger but google is restricting urls for duplicate meta tags,
    please help, where to put the desription tag for better seo.:confused:

    If we do like this, google restricts all urls with duplicate meta tags

    Now Google doesn't valuate for meta tags in SEO,so I didn't try it for my blogger blog.
