I have been using amazon ads for a while now and I have no sales. I want to at least get my first sale to get over that hump. My goal is to have 2 sales per week. I have the traffic for it, but i just don't know what I am doing wrong. Could it be my placement or what? What is the best place to put amazon ads? Please help. My site is all-most dot com if you would like to see what i mean by where I have my ads

I use amazon ads as well and there are a few creative things that you can do. The best advice that I can give you is not to let your ads look like ads. You want your ads to look like they are a part of your website. One thing that I will do every once in a while is review an Amazon product and create a post for it. Within the post I hyperlink some relevant text and make sure it will direct readers to the affiliate product that I am reviewing. I will include pictures or videos that are relevant to the product as well. Then at the end of the post I will put an Amazon widget that displays products similar to the product that I review. This method usually generates more sales for me.

In all honesty it only converts well when using it with a business website, but not a blog. I have tried it with both. Electronics and books converted well for me.
