Bodis is great place to try. Made more revenue in August with Bodis than Namedrive/Sedo made in 3-4 months.
I prefer Namedrive. They have been the best for me, and made me more than sedo ever did. You can check it out, it is the red link in my sig.
My friend have used hostgator. I wonder if why he is using it. But anyway am really looking as well for reliable and good parking place for our site since it has been attacked by DDos lately.
Be careful with sedo they can delete your account with out giving you a reason. I got around $35/day from one of my domains at sedo with a CTR of 35-45% Had very targeted traffic, only type-ins. One day i tried to log in to my account and i got the answer that my account had been closed. Have tried to mail them for a week now, with out any answer. Had $500 in that account that i probably never will see agian...
I have a great parking site I'd be happy to share with you. PM me. so far in the last 10 days I made $33 through Arbitrage using adwords that are only costing me 3cents a click. My CTR is very often over 100% (some 300%!!)with an average 12cents per click! It's not a fortune but you do the math... 100 domains? 200 domain? And not all of my domains are running on adwards yet!
OMG, that is dishonest and unethical. They will terminate you for life for that kind of garbage. I cannot believe you just posted that! It is people like you who ruin adsense and parking for the honest webmasters.
I Can just put a word up for parkingpanel.com. You got your own manager, good support and they pay way better then sedo and namedrive. Currently i have parked some adult domains there and are making $50-75/day. Pretty nice for a student. Porn is the way to go.....
Some names work with Sedo while some dont. I also use Namedrive. I had one click which paid me $4 on Namedrive while all other clicks are 2 cents or so. Sedo pays peanuts but has a neater interface and pays about 6 cents avg for all my websites. I am trying WHYPARK with a site. I have listed them below. Check them out if you want to see the kind of content posted in them I also use SEDO and NAMEDRIVE. See a Namedrive example : WWW.OLYMPICSSEARCH.INFO www.olympicssearch.com SEDO Examples: www.hoteldudes.com www.loversarena.com www.freeclassifeids.com www.germansedans.com www.kingdatabase.com www.cashpricing.com www.cashlocity.com I am also trying out WHYPARK see an example below www.olympicsdatabase.info I have around 1-10 hits per day with little or no advertising and make pennies each daily on them. Gets me some pocket change Any other reviews are welcome. If any of you want more info, please do not hesitate to PM me. I will be glad to help out. You could use my links below if you want to signup for parking.
I signed up for Bodis a week ago and still haven't heard a thing from them...how long does it usually take?!
I've spent a lot of time on this question and after a lot of research decided to try two different services: the godaddy.com "Cash Parking" service and the WhyPark one. WhyPark turned out to easily the better of the two. I like that their sites are SEO optimized. It is also HUGE that you keep 100% of the revs. HOWEVER, the startup fee is a bit steep: $100/year. For that you get to park 100 URLs though. At least with my domains, I figure you need to park at least 4 "average" domains there to break even (including the registration fees). Anything over that is profit. Though it does depend on the domain. My best domain at whypark makes around $50~60/month. My worst makes around $3/month. Godaddy.com, for their basic plan, costs $4/month. I only have two domains there: one makes around $6/month, the other has only been up for two weeks but has so far only made a grand total of 84 cents. The nice thing about Godaddy is it is convenient (if you have their domains registered through them anyway) and their reporting tools are excellent. On the downside, their pages aren't search engine friendly. And you only get 60% of the revs. Hope this helps.
Never put all your eggs in one basket. Always have a backup plan and always be ready to move somewhere else. If you have thousands of domains, you can experiment. If not, ask around. However, you should never have to pay for parking. .
Because if you paid you get a greater percentage of the ad revenue your page(s) earn. If you have only a few domain names, or unpopular ones, it isn't worth paying. But if you have lots of domains, or names that get lots of hits, you'll ultimately make more paying to park them.
