Best place to park your domains?

namedrive accept anyone. I would think DomainSponsor would be best individual provider and they control the largest amount of traffic, only Sedo might be comparable.

 

Hi Could you please explain how you make 60 EUR a day. I'm totally new to this parking business and i haven't parked any of my domains as yet. There not old domains but they are potentially viable, some of them atleast.

Type in traffic is pure gold. If they don't get type in traffic, don't park them. Develop.

 

I never checked them, there still there by godaddy. haven't parked them as yet.

I'm still looking for a suitable placed to park them whether its on a parking service that allows the user to use their adsense id or some where else thats etter.

But these things takes time and everyone don't always have time, to be honnest i was considering using some of the domain names and making a rss feed blog.

Yep. It is illegal (TOS-wise) to drive traffic to parked domains. The only other way to monetize is to put up SOMETHING of your own and SEO, etc. to get traffic to it.

 

I don't have much luck with Parking, I only see it as a way to put your domains somewhere until you can find the time to develop them unless they are naturally high traffic domains then they could do well. I use Sedo, Parked & Bodis. Out of the lot I would say Bodis is probably the better although I have only a few domains at Parked so maybe they can be ok as well?

 

I was approved for Bodis but haven't moved anything there. Any good?

I think you mean hosted domains, not parked domains, right?

GoDaddy 'charges' you to park domains? You must be kidding. Why would you pay to park domains?

Sedo is good, yes.

 

Wait, Godaddy makes money off of my parked domains?

further more i didn't even know theres was money to be made from godaddy.

ok this original thread was about 1plus then turned into something else...
if you get no type in traffic you should not park your domian (not with sedo or anyone else).. instead you should put a minisite on it... there are lots of options available today and 1plus.net is one of them...

some advantages are:
- you get paid by google adsense
- you get indexed in google quickly
- there is essentially an "unlimited" number of pages to your site, but the google spider will only find a finite amount of them depending on your menu

disadvantages
- too much duplicate content since too many people have signed up for 1plus.net
- seems to be errors in the code and sometimes it just doesnt work
- they keep 10% of the revenue by showing their own ads every 10th pageview

 

I started using Bodis yesterday. The parked page looks good.
Its the first time for me to ever park a domain so I wonder how it goes..

 

One would pay in order to earn a greater share of the revenue pool. I left a perfect example of P & L which should be any business owners primary concern.

Paying to park domains is essentially another business expense, we all have them in one way or another.
