    My favorite drawing tutorial site is cgarena.com unfortunately most tutorials are advanced not for beginner, if you are looking for basic tutorial visit idrawgirls.blogspot.com and robertocampus.com

    pixel2life.com --> lots of original tutorials here
    tutorialized.com ---> tons of site tutorials here, the frames are a bit annoying though
    cajentutorials.com/graphics-tutorials --> this one's my site, perfect for beginners

    There are a lot. Try PSDTUTS.COM. However, the best place where you can learn photoshop and other programs is your desktop - just keep testing.

    huge with tutorial from simple to sophisticated result >>> deviantart.com
    but i guess just try not to stick to tutorial. create your own style. too many way to get the same result in photoshop.
