It depends on what you want to learn.

If you want to learn website template designing it's good at goodtutorials.
But if you want to learn how to create some stunning effect and signature go planetrenders and read some tuts.

Your best friend is google. Just try searching and you will be provided with endless tutorials.

 

Maybe you should specify what you want to learn with photoshop as theres quite a few uses of it, do you want to touch up photos, design web layouts or something else?

Well , im pretty good in photoshop and all i know is from painting around and watching video tutorials tbh, youtube is a good place for that

 

If you want, I can possibly do some screen viewing with you or something.
Or there are some better artists yet that i know that probably would.

listen, forget everything everyone said... and check out lynda.com.. you can get VIDEO TRAINING COMPLETE THERE... and youtube is the other best source.. I hate long drawn text tutorials.. I cant stand em.. I am a visual learner, and like video training. There are alot of other good tutorial sites as well.

 

lynda.com is best for video tutorials. For everything else, i like psdtuts.com the best.
