Best Place to Hire a Lawyer for a Site T.O.S?

    Hey there,

    Why not try something like legalzoom etc? They may be able to customize a terms of service to fit your needs.

    @gotkloud makes a good suggestion. You can also google "do-it-yourself legal forms" for a long list of this type of provider. I am pretty confident that your needs will not be so unique/different that someone has not already written exactly what you need.

    Or you can do what lots of other webmasters do: find some Terms of Service from other websites or similar sites and reword/modify them to suit your needs.

    You really want to find a local lawyer who will understand the laws of where you are related to what your site is about.
