    RAC/Scriptlance for small project and build up relationship with good coder. From there load coder with larger projects.

    DP is a good place to find nice coders also ... but make sure you are pretty clear about the quality of work and crystal clear specifications from your end. as i am a coder and i can understand no coder want to do messy coding but frequent changes in specifications lead to mess.
