    You can also contact individual website designs (like me :)) and we can create them for you.

    Basically, make sure they have a good design portfolio because there are so many sales pages out there that look quite horrible design wise..

    old term used in the off-line ad world but i think it would apply to what your looking for here. its not about just plagarizing someone cuz thats not cool or legal. getting ideas for wording headlines and flow of the copy is pretty easy if you find a few sites that made you want to run for your credit card.

    Well, designing sales page is about marketing and it's probably the most important in business (I mean marketing), so I'm not sure its a good idea just to put some text and graphics... it's important to learn product, it's features and benefits, compare agains competitors and what your users actually need. The result will be a real sales page then... I'm sure someone can do it for money, but why not read some marketing books and get it yourself (there are nobody else who knows your product\service better than you).
